The pans are oven-safe up to 500°F/260°C (up to 400°F/204°C with the glass lids). The set includes an 8-quart stock pot with a glass lid, a 5.2-quart sauté pan with a glass lid, 2.25-quart and 3-quart sauce pans with glass lids, and 8-inch and 10-inch fry pans.
While this cookware set is not compatible with induction cooktops, it is suitable for use with all other cooking surfaces. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty and is recommended for hand-washing.
